Our project management option is completely tailored around your needs and can be as little or as much as you wish. If you want to leave it all to us – you can.

We will listen to your requirements and provide you with an estimate of the time required to meet your needs at the outset, so there will be no hidden surprises along the way.

If the project is likely to require more time than that estimated, we will advise you of this and discuss options to meet your budget. Should the project require less time to manage than originally estimated, we will lower our fee as necessary.

Our charge for project management is £50 per hour.

As an example, a typical living room requiring furnishing and decorating requires approximately 2 hours of project management. This includes contacting the relevant contractors for the provision of services necessary to complete the project and ensuring the work is completed to your requirements, within the scope of the project.
